MGM Grand’s Lion Habitat
Leo the Lion is part of the Hollywood film studio Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer for decades. From 1999 until the end of 2011, 40 different lions have been alternately put on display in the MGM Grand’s Lion Habitat. This iconic glass-sided 5,000-square-foot, $9 million structure was placed inside the casino.
White Tiger Habitat at The Mirage
The Mirage is a hotel and casino resort, set in the Polynesian style on the Las Vegas Strip and from 1990 till 2003, the venue for the Siegfried & Roy show. The Siegfried & Roy's Royal White Tiger Habitat is an open air enclosure, including a pool and waterfalls. The tigers are shown alternately in the tiger habitat and the secret garden.
